Jack Miller Wipes Out Cal Crutchlow During This Wild Moto GP Race!
Reigning Moto3 World Champion Jack 'Jackass' Miller was on for his best ever MotoGP finish at the 2015 Silverstone GP when he caused a crash involving his teammate, Cal Crutchlow. Miller had qualified seventeenth on the grid, but used the slippery conditions to his favor by slicing his way through the field throughout the early laps of the race, putting him in contention for his maiden MotoGP podium. His production spec CWM LCR Honda was at a bit of a power disadvantage to the satellite machine of his teammate and the other riders he was battling. He attempted to hold off a charging Pol Espargaro on the brakes, but ended up horribly misjudging the corner. Miller was carrying too much speed on the inside line and was forced to try and stick his front wheel underneath his teammate's. This ended in tears for the entire CWM LCR Honda team as Miller tucked the front end and both bikes slid slowly into the gravel; both of the riders had to settle for a DNF.
